Elton Ho has worked in the food technology industry since 2017, when they became a Co-founder and Chief Project Manager at IXON Food Technology. Prior to this, they were employed at the Vegetable Marketing Organization from 2008, where they held the role of Laboratory Supervisor.
Elton Ho attended Hong Kong Baptist University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master's degree in Food Analysis and Food Safety Management. Prior to that, they attended Hong Kong Metropolitan University from 2005 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Chemistry and Biology.
