Jai Munisamy currently serves as the Global Director of Service Delivery at Iyuno, overseeing IT infrastructure teams across nine APAC countries and managing a Global Helpdesk team across three regions. Previously, as Vice President of Client Experience at Altel Holdings, Jai led client engagement and managed the outsourced Customer Service unit for Altel and MYTV, while also overseeing Nielsen’s audience insights. At Astro, a tenure spanning over two decades included positions as Head of Broadcast Engineering, where Jai directed a team of 25 and ensured the delivery of critical infrastructure, and as Manager and Senior Engineer in Broadcast Systems, providing technical support across various broadcast and IT systems. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering from UCSI University and a Diploma in Telecommunications and Computer Engineering from the University of Wollongong Malaysia KDU College.
