Logan Derck

Logan Derck has extensive work experience in finance and auditing. Logan is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at IZI Medical, a position they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they held the same role at Surgical Solutions, LLC from February 2018 to November 2021. Before their roles in finance, Logan worked at Sterling Partners as an Associate Director from July 2014 to February 2018. Logan began their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as an Audit Senior from September 2012 to October 2013 and as an Audit Staff from May 2010 to September 2012.

Logan Derck obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Business Economics, Public Policy, and Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2006 to 2010. Logan then pursued a Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 2010 to 2011. In terms of certifications, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 2012, obtained the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) certification from AICPA in 2015, and became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) through the CFA Institute in 2017.
