Alvin Johnson

Alvin Johnson has a diverse work experience. Alvin started their career at Ellis & Ellis Construction LLC in 2006 as a Director of Human Resources, where they were responsible for implementing strategic business plans, developing and implementing programs and policies, and managing various HR functions. In 2016, Alvin joined Aqua Metals, Inc. as an Operations Manager, overseeing production and finishing areas, implementing process re-engineering, and ensuring quality production. In 2018, they joined Trice Construction Company as an Employee Relations Director. Currently, Alvin is working as the Human Resources Director at JA Frate.

Alvin Johnson earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton from 1992 to 1997. Alvin then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2001 to 2005.
