Hemel Vaja is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT service delivery and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Technology at J A Kemp since June 2022, Vaja oversees critical infrastructure, security, and application development while leading the technology strategy in alignment with organizational objectives. Prior to this role, Vaja held the position of Senior Manager in IT Service Delivery at Baker McKenzie, where involvement in a significant London relocation project emphasized strategic technology unification across multiple regions.
