Tom Albertini

Tom Albertini has extensive experience in intellectual property law, specifically in trademarks, spanning over two decades. Currently, Tom serves as a Partner at J A Kemp, a prominent UK and European Patent and Trade Mark Attorney firm, since February 2010. Prior to this role, Tom held positions at several reputable firms, including Groom Wilkes & Wright LLP as a Trade Mark Attorney, Simmons & Simmons also as a Trade Mark Attorney, and R.G.C. Jenkins & Co as an Associate. Tom began a career in trademark law at Baron & Warren from 1996 to 2000. Academically, Tom holds a BA (Hons) in Philosophy & Politics from the University of Manchester, which was completed in 1995.
