Richard Friscuolo has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and responsibilities in the field of graphic design, project management, and design team leadership.

Richard began their career at Medlock Press, where they initially worked as a Mac Artworker and later got promoted to Design Team Leader, overseeing the production and delivery of print projects.

Richard then joined RWP Advertising & Marketing, starting as a Creative Mac Artworker and eventually becoming the New Media Manager. This involved artworking print materials and managing the development of the company's New Media department.

Afterward, Richard joined Aonix Limited as the Creative Studio Manager, where they established an in-house design studio and oversaw the production of a monthly magazine along with improving internal marketing materials.

Their next role was at Bella Design and Marketing, where they served as a Studio Manager. Here, they managed the project lifecycle, organized daily tasks for a team of designers and developers, and ensured high-quality delivery of B2B and B2C marketing projects.

Richard then had the opportunity to start their own graphic design business called The Design Partnership. As the owner, they were responsible for business growth, project delivery, and establishing a solid client base.

Currently, Richard is working as a Digital Project Director at J B Cole UK | Digital Product Studio. Initially employed as a Digital Project Manager, they implemented a structured approach to project delivery and played an active role in quality control through rigorous internal testing and QA processes.

Richard Friscuolo attended Manchester College of Arts and Technology in 1998, where they earned City & Guilds degrees in Desktop Publishing and Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended King Edward VI School, Lichfield from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained their GCSE degree in English, Maths, German, and Geography.
