Amber Wood

Amber Wood has a robust background in customer experience management, currently serving as Manager II, Customer Experience at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. since August 2021, following a progression of roles including Manager I and Customer Experience Representative. Prior to this, Amber held the position of Buyer at Forrest General Hospital from November 2018 to May 2020. Educationally, Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas, completed in 2018, and a High School Diploma from Lakeside High School.
