Ariel Riley

Ariel Riley currently serves as a Customer Experience Account Manager at J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc., where responsibilities include enhancing customer satisfaction and managing various Transportation Management Systems (TMS) based on client requirements. Previously, Ariel held the position of Sales Account Executive at Schneider, excelling in lead generation and customer management, ultimately achieving Closer of the Month honors in April 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as an Orientation Leader at the University of Mississippi, assisting new students with their transition into university life. Ariel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Biology from the University of Mississippi, completed in 2021.
