Ian Wilson, Ph.D.

Ian Wilson, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in talent development, organizational development, and learning and development. Ian is currently working as a Talent Development Manager at JB Poindexter & Co since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at CEVA Logistics from 2017 to 2023, where they held the positions of Learning and Organizational Development Manager for North America and Sr. Learning and Organizational Development Specialist. Ian also worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Noble Drilling from 2013 to 2016, and as an Organizational Development Consultant at the City of Houston from 2012 to 2014. Ian began their career as an independent consultant in 2009, specializing in organizational development.

Ian Wilson, Ph.D. has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. Ian also obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston.
