Michell Okafor

Michell Okafor has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2017, they worked as an Account Manager at National Debt Relief, LLC, where they managed and enrolled clients into a debt consolidation program. In this role, they provided financial counseling and developed tailored budget plans for clients.

In 2019, Michell transitioned to the role of an IT Support Specialist at Utility Telecom. They resolved technical issues related to internal clients' hosted phone navigation and trained new hires on systems and software. They also handled troubleshooting of VoIP connectivity issues.

In 2021, Michell joined the Houston Independent School District as a Special Education Associate Teacher. They developed lesson plans, maintained compliance with regulations, and created a positive learning environment for students in grades K-12.

Simultaneously, in 2021, Michell also worked as an Admissions Advisor at Bryan University. They provided information and assistance to students and prospective students regarding the admission and financial aid procedures. They reviewed applications, verified identification, and submitted/enrolled students' records.

Currently, Michell is employed as an IT Service Desk Administrator at JB Poindexter & Co, starting in 2023.

From 2010 to 2015, Michell Okafor attended the University of Houston, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences.
