We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Co-op to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a professional sales environment.  The Service Sales Co-Op will support our sales team and enhance customer satisfaction. They will gain hands-on experience in sales operations, our sales offerings, customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our business. This position offers them a unique opportunity to develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

In this role you will:

  • Assist in promoting the Cannistraro brand to building owners by providing technical solutions and operational expertise.

  • Assist sales account managers with service agreements as the foundation of managed account relationships.

  • Assist sales account managers with Building and managing long-term customer relationships/partnerships with target and managed accounts.

  • Assist with data entry in Sugar CRM and ServiceTrade.

  • Visit jobsites to gain an understanding of equipment, technician needs, and safety requirements.

  • Work with Inside Sales to prepare estimates / proposals for repairs and deficiencies.

  • Assist dispatch with scheduling and coordination of labor.

  • Collaborate with members of group to provide best in class customer experience to our clients.

A successful candidate will have: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY:

    • Microsoft Suite
    • PDF Viewer (i.e. Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam)
    • Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software
    • Navisworks
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented and organized.

  • Demonstrated time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to collaborate in small groups or as a part of a larger project team.

  • Ability to ask the necessary questions in order to gain full understanding of concepts/tasks.

  • Ability to work with business related metrics.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
