Phil Anderson

Phil Anderson is a Mechanical Engineer with experience in designing and developing machinery at J.C. Steele & Sons, Inc. Prior to this role, as an RCI Engineer at HBF, Phil focused on integrating lean principles and developing problem-solving processes. As a Project Engineer at Centro, Inc., Phil managed projects and worked with OE customers. At Donaldson, as a Quality Engineer, Phil focused on continuous improvements in manufacturing. Phil started their career as a Design Engineer Technician at Integrated DNA Technologies, where Phil designed and tested DNA manufacturing equipment. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
