Niu du

Niu Du is a visiting bioinformatics scientist at the J. Craig Venter Institute, specializing in the development of Bayesian statistics-based toolkits for drug discovery and clinical data analysis. Prior experience includes roles as a senior bioinformatics scientist at Creyon Bio, where Niu developed next-generation sequencing pipelines on the Google Cloud Platform, and as a bioinformatics engineer at Invitae, contributing to targeted DNA diagnostic assays. Niu's expertise extends to past positions as a postdoctoral fellow at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology and the J.
