Sophia Lemos

Sophia Lemos is an accomplished Senior Designer for Women's Knits & Graphics at J.Crew, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Sophia worked at Victoria's Secret as a Designer and Associate Designer from June 2019 to October 2021. Experience also includes serving as an Associate Designer for Women's Woven Tops and as an Assistant Designer for Women's Dresses and Skirts at Old Navy from August 2016 to April 2019. Earlier in the career, Sophia was the Assistant Creative Director at Almond & Co., focusing on concept development and graphic design from September 2012 to August 2016, and gained initial design experience as a Design Intern at Thirdlove in 2014-2015. Sophia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from California College of the Arts (2012-2016).
