Justin Orient, P.E., CPESC, is an experienced engineering professional with a specialization in materials and environmental engineering. Currently serving as the Manager of Materials and Environmental Engineering and Project Manager at J.D. Eckman, Inc., Justin has been instrumental in heavy and highway construction since January 2003, focusing on bridge and roadway projects as well as steel bridge repair and rehabilitation. Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Project Engineer at IA Construction Corp from May 2001 to December 2002, where responsibilities included estimating and job quantity take-off.
