Michael Creary

Michael Creary serves as the Director of Corporate Continuous Improvement at J.D. Irving, Limited, since March 2020, following a progression of leadership roles within JDI IT and its divisions from 2015 to 2020. Prior to J.D. Irving, Michael held various management positions at Atlantic Towing from 2013 to 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing sales, marketing, and business improvement initiatives. Michael's career began at Sitel, where expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies facilitated significant process improvements across multiple sites. Michael possesses a Business Administration degree with a focus on E-Commerce and a Computer Science degree from the University of New Brunswick, reflecting a strong foundation in both business and technology.
