Caroline Jackson

Caroline Jackson is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in the food, drink, and hospitality sectors. Since January 2018, Caroline has served as Purchasing Manager for JD Wetherspoon in Ireland, overseeing procurement for food, drink, and non-consumables across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
