Jess Lonergan

Jess Lonergan currently works at Cisco as a Cross Functional Degree Apprentice within the UKI PM Team, pursuing a BSc in Digital and Technical Solutions while engaging in six-month rotations across various business placements. Prior experience includes serving as a Duty Manager at JD Wetherspoon since August 2012, leading a team of 100 to meet financial targets and enhance compliance. Jess previously worked in guest experience roles at both the Sea Life London Aquarium and Thorpe Park, providing excellent customer service and conducting guided tours. Additionally, experience as a Teaching Assistant at Kumon involved tutoring students in Mathematics and English. Jess holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminology from Liverpool John Moores University and has completed AAT studies between 2018 and 2021.
