Matthew Diaz

Matthew Diaz is a seasoned Project Engineer with extensive experience in managing wastewater and potable water construction projects, currently employed at J.F. Shea Co., Inc. since May 2017. Previously, Matthew held a Project Engineer position at Farr Construction Resource Development Company from September 2020 to October 2022. Early career roles include catering positions at Santa Clara University and Rise and Shine Catering, as well as serving at Log Cabin Cafe, where Matthew honed customer service skills in fast-paced environments. Additionally, as an Assistant Manager at Landscape Discoveries, responsibilities included material procurement and labor coordination. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University, completed in 2015.
