Miguel Salazar

Miguel Salazar is an experienced project engineer currently working at J.F. Shea Co., Inc. since June 2022, with prior experience as a field engineer at Flatiron Construction from May 2021 to June 2022. Miguel also held roles as a field engineer intern and estimating intern at Flatiron Construction, as well as an estimating intern at PCL Construction from September 2019 to September 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Co Chairman at Hermanos Unidos and a construction management intern at Ruby's Builder Inc. Miguel began a career in retail with a position as a building and lumber sales associate at The Home Depot and has held a treasurer role at Hermanos Unidos. Miguel earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Technologies from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2016 to 2021.
