Tammy Sparks

Tammy serves as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Tammy brings over twenty-five years of combined financial and contractual analysis experience supporting Department of Defense contracts. Tammy earned her B.S. with Honors in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College. Prior to joining J.F. Taylor in 2011, she worked for other large and small firms in the defense industry.
