Starting in 2002, Santiago Lobos worked as a Project Manager at Systematic IT Solutions until 2008. In 2005, they became the Manager of Adobe User Group Córdoba - AUGCBA until 2011. From 2008 to 2010, they were an IT Manager at Tekphone CC. In 2009, they served as an external provider at Jazzplat SA. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Collaborator at MYP FUNDACIONES ESPECIALES. Starting in 2011, Santiago Lobos became the IT Manager at LatamSalud .com until 2022. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Socio Gerente at Carta de Vinos Tienda Bar. In 2015, they started working as a Technological Advisor at Municipalidad Estación Juárez Celman until 2022. In 2017, they became a Technological Advisor at Municipalidad Malvinas Argentinas until 2020. Finally, in 2017, they became a Partner & Regional Director at J.Geeks and also worked as a Full-stack Developer.

Santiago Lobos completed their education at Escuela de Comunicación Audiovisual La Metro from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Técnico Superior degree in Diseño Multimedia.
