Hillary Marcott

Hillary Marcott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail leasing, business consulting, and healthcare management. Since March 2021, Hillary has served as the Director of Retail Leasing at JJ Gumberg Co. Previously, Hillary provided small business consulting services from January 2019 to August 2020, focusing on operational efficiency and financing for various companies. Hillary also held the position of Private Equity and Search Summer Associate at GT Entrepreneurs, where deal sourcing and financial modeling for acquisitions were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes being the Revenue Cycle Applications Manager at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center, leading a large team and implementing technology-driven solutions, as well as serving as an Implementation Consultant and Project Manager at Epic, successfully implementing electronic medical records systems. Hillary holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Spanish from Rollins College and an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
