Paul Castagliuolo

Paul comes to JJ Haines having worked at several Fortune 500 companies including Chase Manhattan Bank, Fleet Financial Group, and Raytheon Company. He has a B.S. in Finance and an MBA in Management, both from Bryant University. Paul has been with The Belknap White Group since 1997 and has held positions of increasing responsibility from Controller to Chief Financial Officer to EVP & General Manager. As President, Paul oversees all Belknap-related operations and is responsible for achieving the company’s annual financial goals. He is an integral part of Belknap’s board of directors and a member of their executive committee. Paul also serves on the Mancini Consulting Group’s Corporate Development Group which oversees and gives direction to the family-owned multi-state beverage and flooring distribution businesses, a real estate investment holding company and an equity investment portfolio.
