Angie Hiltunen

Angie Hiltunen, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Angie is currently the Director of HR - Associate Services at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. In this role, they oversee the human resources needs of the organization. Prior to this, Angie served as the Human Resources Director at Skyline Technologies for five years. Angie was a key leader in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's business plans. Before Skyline Technologies, they worked as an HR Director at School Specialty, Inc., where they provided leadership for corporate departments and managed company-wide initiatives. Angie also has experience as a Corporate Human Resources Manager at Alliance Laundry Systems and Fox River Paper Company, LLC. Angie has developed HR programs, supported management on various issues, and managed recruitment and employee relations. Earlier in their career, Angie worked at Quad/Graphics as a Corporate Payroll Specialist/HR Generalist and Employee Services Representative. Angie was responsible for processing payroll and providing HR support for a multi-state company. Angie has a strong background in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.

Angie Hiltunen, SPHR completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources from the same university between 1996 and 2001.
