Shilpa Jaiswal

Shilpa Jaiswal possesses extensive experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and social work, currently serving as Head CSR at JKCement since March 2023 and previously holding the same position at Welspun Enterprise from November 2018 to March 2023. With a strong background, Shilpa has also worked as CSR Lead at Valvoline Cummins Ltd, Regional Manager at Concern India Foundation and Mamta - Health Institute for Mother and Child, and has contributed to various organizations focusing on women’s health and rights. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work in Family and Child Welfare from Udaipur School of Social Work and a certificate course on the Materiality of ESG from The Wharton School. Shilpa is recognized for leading diverse CSR projects and managing large teams effectively.
