Pooja Shah

Pooja Shah is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as Joint CEO at J K Shah Classes since April 2018. In this role, Pooja has driven the firm's growth strategy through comprehensive sales function enhancements, including implementing a feedback model for branch managers and conducting seminars for diverse student demographics. Pooja has also improved the student servicing experience across various commerce domains and pioneered a fully digital training approach. Prior to this, Pooja served as Deputy to the CEO, where responsibilities included managing schedules for over 20,000 students and spearheading mentorship programs. Earlier career experience includes a role as Articled Assistant at Arvind H. Shah & Co., focusing on tax advisory and compliance. Pooja holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
