J Kumar Infraprojects Ltd
J. Kumar's success story is a riveting tale of ambition, commitment and excellence
The man who started his journey in 1980, with a contract amounting to Rs.15,000 and earned Rs. 2250 of it, today heads an organization that employs nearly 5,000 people and has work orders worth around Rs. 5,000 Cr.
This hands-on approach coupled with an unshakable faith in his own ability to complete a project within the stipulated time in the most brilliant fashion has steered the organization to its stupendous rise.
His relentless hunger for growth and excellence along with his vision is enough to restore faith in India's future.
After the 26/7 deluge in 2005 that rocked Mumbai, major infrastructure companies bowed out after committing to build the bridge from Bandra to Mahim over the Mithi river. Sensing an opportunity to prove their mettle, J. Kumar stepped in and successfully completed the project.
J. Kumar is set to create history when they start working on the next leg of the DMRC project, which is about 25 meters below ground level and runs a length of 13.5km.
