Joshua Schupbach

Joshua Schupbach is an experienced operations and manufacturing professional with a strong background in managing and optimizing production teams. Currently serving as Plant Manager for Rockford Metals at JL Clark since June 2022, Joshua previously held roles such as Director of Operations for Handi-Snacks and Senior Production Supervisor at Berner Food & Beverage. Earlier experience includes positions as Production Supervisor at FCA Group and Manufacturing Team Member at Custom-Pak, Inc., where a focus on waste reduction and efficiency was established. Joshua holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Ashford University and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Western Illinois University.
