Ronda J. Sheffield

Ronda J. Sheffield, Ph.D., serves on the Board of Directors for both JL Clark and the University of West Georgia, and holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at ModWash. As President and CEO of Sheffield Consulting Group, Inc., Ronda oversees strategic initiatives related to human resources. Ronda's experience includes a prior role as Vice President of Human Resources at Lowe's Companies, Inc. Academically, Ronda has earned a Ph.D. in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Development from Georgia State University and a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of West Georgia.
