Arleen Goad

Arleen Goad has a long history of work experience in the health and human services sector. In 2020, they began working as a Quality Analyst at J.Lodge. From 2016-2020, they worked as a Family Partner at Behavioral Health Network, Inc (BHN), where they educated families on how to navigate the school system in Holyoke, supported families during IEP Special Education and 504 Plan school meetings, and connected families to resources with community such as food pantries, after school programs, day care/early intervention programs, and support groups. From 2005-2008, they worked at Tapestry Health Springfield North WIC as a Community Outreach Coordinator and a Bi-lingual Medical Assistant. Lastly, from 2008-2010, they worked as an Outreach Supervisor at Gandara Center, where they provided oversight and direction to Rapid HIV Testing services, assured compliance with state and federal regulations, trained and monitored staff, and managed the outreach function to maximize client referrals.
