David Brown

David Brown is an experienced professional in the construction and virtual modeling industries, currently serving as a Virtual Construction Detailer at J.M. Brennan, Inc. since May 2020. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Grunau Company from January 1989 to May 2020, including Building Information Modeling / Virtual Construction Lead, Plumbing Superintendent, and Plumbing Foreman. As a lead detailer and project manager, David successfully guided teams through the 3D modeling process, facilitating efficient communication and resource allocation for shop and field crews. Creativity played a key role in the success of the BIM group and prefabrication efforts during David's tenure at Grunau Company. David's career in plumbing began as an apprentice, and by the early 1990s, had progressed to running jobs.
