JM Finn
Arlene Kearney has worked at JM Finn since 2004, initially starting as an HR Manager and eventually becoming the Head of Learning and Development. In their role, they focused on the FCA Training & Competence Regime, Professional Qualifications, and ongoing RDR CPD. Arlene is a Chartered Member of both the CIPD and the CISI. Prior to working at JM Finn, Arlene worked at Aberdeen Asset Management from 1999 to 2003 in an HR/Training role.
Arlene Kearney attended the University of Aberdeen from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Pharmacology. In 2005, they pursued further education at London Metropolitan University, completing a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management in 2007.
