Cj Huff

CJ Huff is a highly experienced education leader and consultant with a diverse background in leadership consultation, nonprofit founding, and educational administration. As President of The CJ Huff Group since July 2015, CJ provides expertise in strategic leadership, community engagement, and crisis management through various consultation services and workshops. CJ founded Bright Futures USA in April 2010, focusing on community collaboration to enhance children's success. Additionally, as a Senior Advisor at J&M Global Solutions LLC since July 2017, CJ assists educational institutions in emergency management planning. CJ has also served as a professional speaker for the Washington Speakers Bureau and as an instructor at Louisiana State University. Previous roles include Special Advisor for the Missouri Center for Education Safety and Superintendent for both Joplin Schools and Eldon R-1 School District. CJ holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Arkansas, along with multiple degrees in Educational Leadership from Missouri State University and an Associate's in Business Administration from Labette Community College.
