Carrie Daniel Russell

Carrie Daniel Russell currently serves as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel for J.M. Huber Corporation, a role encompassing responsibilities in M&A, corporate matters, treasury, finance, tax, and ESG, while also acting as Assistant Secretary and Secretary to the Huber EHS&S Committee. Prior to this position, Carrie held the title of Vice President & General Counsel at Huber Engineered Materials, overseeing legal affairs for a global portfolio in fire retardant additives and specialty agriculture. Additionally, experience includes roles as Deputy General Counsel at Acuity Brands, Associate General Counsel & Assistant Secretary at Graco, and Associate Litigation Attorney at Larson King, LLP. Carrie began the legal career at Novartis Seeds, Inc. as a Corporate Communications Consultant. Educational background includes a B.S. in Scientific and Technical Communication with a minor in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
