Clemens Nold

Clemens Nold has extensive work experience in various roles related to IT infrastructure and operations. Clemens is currently the Director of Infrastructure & Operations at Huber Engineered Materials and CPKelco, where they successfully managed the IT integration of 5 companies within 2.5 years and orchestrated a significant transformation and reorganization of the IT infrastructure and operations teams.

Prior to that, Clemens worked at Birla Carbon as the Director of Infrastructure Services & Operations / IT Business Relations, where they served as the strategic IT partner for business leaders and was responsible for infrastructure services across the enterprise.

Clemens also worked at Novelis Corporate Headquarters, where they held the role of Manager Global End-User Compute, IT Service-Management. In that role, they managed the IT service management practice and ServiceNow platform, and also led application development teams and projects.

Clemens' earlier experience includes working as an IT System Engineer at Novelis and Volksbank, and as the CEO of IT-Now in Germany.

Clemens Nold completed a Diploma in IT from ICT Business Zurich/Switzerland between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they pursued an Informatikkaufmann degree specializing in IT & Business at Rudolf-Eberle-Schule in Bad Sackingen/Germany from 2001 to 2004. Clemens also holds a WI degree in Business from the same institution between 1999 and 2001. Additionally, Clemens Nold has obtained various certifications including ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, ITIL from AXELOS Global Best Practice, Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt from Novelis, and multiple certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). Clemens is also a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
