Riitta Joronen

Riitta Joronen has had extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the HR and supply chain field. Riitta started their career at J.M. Huber Finland Oy in 1994 and held several roles within the company, including HR and Supply Chain Director Europe since 2005. In 2009, they took on additional responsibilities as the HR Manager for Finland and later expanded their HR responsibilities to cover Belgium and the Netherlands in 2014. In 2018, they joined Evonik Silica Finland Oy as the Deputy Managing Director and Director of HR and Administration. Their tenure at Evonik Silica Finland Oy lasted until 2022.

Riitta Joronen obtained their MSc degree in forestry and economics from Helsinki University between the years 1982 and 1987.
