Scott Ballauer

Scott Ballauer currently serves as the Transportation Manager at Natural Balance Pet Foods, Inc., a position held since September 2021. Prior to this role, Scott accumulated extensive experience at Charter Furniture from May 1991 to March 2023, progressing through positions including Administrative Manager and Operations Manager. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Ashford University, obtained between 2015 and 2017. Additionally, Scott is an alumnus of Caprock High School in Amarillo, TX, graduating in 1987.
