Simon Cooper

Simon Cooper has a diverse work experience in various roles within the IT field. Simon started their career as an Application Developer at Co-operative Bank in 1987. Simon then progressed to become a Project Manager at Co-operative Financial Services from 1992 to 2007. After that, they joined Keoghs as a Project Manager, responsible for business change and application development projects. At AstraZeneca, they worked as a Finance Systems Manager and later as an End to End Capability Service Manager. Simon then joined BAE Systems as an IT Service Manager, where they managed the change process and financial performance of the product team. Simon further worked at Associated British Foods plc as an Application Service Manager, managing a team responsible for the application portfolio. Currently, they are working as a Senior Finance Systems Lead at J. Murphy & Sons Limited, where they ensure the operational stability and development of the Finance systems.

Simon Cooper attended the University of Liverpool from 1984 to 1987, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
