Anupama Dathan

Anupama Dathan is a seasoned policy professional with extensive experience in the health sector and international development. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Manager at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) since August 2018, Anupama has progressed through roles including Policy Manager and Senior Policy Associate within the organization. Prior to J-PAL, Anupama worked as a Senior Program Associate at the Results for Development Institute from January 2015 to July 2018 and briefly as a Consultant for the World Bank Group in 2017. Anupama's early career included positions such as Graduate Intern at Georgetown University's gui2de initiative and Research Assistant at the ONE Campaign. Anupama holds a Master of Public Policy with a focus on International Development from Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies with a minor in Economics from Duke University.
