Chandler McCoy

Chandler McCoy, AIA, LEED AP, currently serves as a Senior Project Specialist for the Conserving Modern Architecture Initiative at the J. Paul Getty Trust, where management of a skilled team of six heritage professionals is a key responsibility. Prior experience includes roles at the Presidio Trust, focusing on design and construction management for adaptive reuse of historic buildings, and as a Historic Architect with the National Park Service, overseeing building rehabilitation projects. Chandler's earlier career features positions at Polshek Partnership, Building Conservation Branch of NPS, WarnerBurnsToan and Lunde, and Archipelago, where foundational skills in architecture were developed. Chandler holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University, an Architectural Conservation certificate from ICCROM, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Virginia.
