Jim Colley

Jim Colley has extensive experience in operations management and engineering within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Director of Operations at J.R. Hoe and Sons since 2002, overseeing daily operations and managing engineering and costing for cast part and machining operations. Prior to this role, Jim held positions at Dayton Progress from 1984 to 2000, working as a machinist, grinderhand, and estimating engineer, gaining expertise in various machining processes. Jim's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Clear Creek Baptist Bible College and multiple certifications in casting metals, finite solutions, and modern mechanical practices.
