Joseph Reposa

Joseph Reposa has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the waste management and retail industries. Joseph started their career as a Sales Executive in 1995 and then progressed to roles such as Operations Manager, Director of Operations, Senior Director of Information Technology & PMO, and Senior Director of Software Development at Waste Management. In these positions, they were responsible for managing P&L, leading transformational initiatives, and driving operational and technological improvements. Joseph then served as the Chief Operating Officer at United Waste Management, where they focused on restructuring and driving growth. Joseph also worked at Waste Management as the General Manager for the New England region and as the Senior Director of Operations, where they achieved significant operational improvements and turnaround success. Following that, Joseph joined Sears Holdings Corporation as the Vice President of Marketing, where they played a key role in the transformation of Kmart retail operations. Most recently, they worked as the Executive Director for the State of Rhode Island, where they were responsible for the development and operation of solid waste infrastructure and led key legislation and policy developments. Joseph currently serves as the CEO for J.R. Vinagro Corporation.

Joseph Reposa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stonehill College in 1995. Joseph further pursued their education and completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Finance, from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business between 2005 and 2007.
