Darcy Ambrosio

Darcy Ambrosio is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Room Chef at J Resort since April 2024. Prior to this role, Darcy was Corporate Chef at A-Bay's Cantina LLC from August 2022 to January 2024 and held the position of Executive Chef at A-Bay's Island Grill from December 2020 to September 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Corporate Executive Chef at Island Flavor, Sous Chef at Daylight Mind Coffee Company, General Manager 3 at Sodexo, and various roles at A-Bay's Island Grill and Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino.
