Romy Hidayat

Romy Hidayat has over a decade of experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Manager of Human Resources General Affair & Information Technology at PT. J Resources Nusantara since April 2013, after holding positions as Superintendent of Employee Service & Recruitment and Supervisor of Recruitment and Development. Prior experience includes a role as Supervisor of Human Resources Development at PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama from March 2011 to April 2013, focusing on workforce planning and talent acquisition. Earlier, Romy worked as a Tester at Lembaga Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Psikologi Terapan, specializing in psychological testing and people development. Romy holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Airlangga, earned in 2011.
