Aditya Dhand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and leadership roles. Currently serving as Director at J.S. Held LLC since July 2022, Aditya previously held the position of Operations Manager at Amazon from May 2020 to July 2022. A distinguished veteran of the Indian Navy, Aditya served for over two decades, culminating in roles such as Commander and Senior Pilot (COO) of the Harpoons Squadron from 2015 to 2019, overseeing flight operations and pilot training for five Seaking helicopters.
