Ed Zastro is an experienced construction advisory professional with a robust background in consulting and expert witness services related to construction delay claims, estimating, and related matters. Currently serving as Director of Construction Advisory at J.S. Held LLC since February 2022, prior experience includes similar roles at BDO USA, LLP, and PROACTIVE, where Zastro significantly contributed to resolving construction delays across diverse projects in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Zastro has held senior consulting positions at several prominent firms, including Berkeley Research Group LLC, Delta Consulting Group, Navigant Consulting, and FTI Consulting, serving as a testifying expert witness in various construction-related disputes. Early career highlights feature engineering roles at Parsons Brinckerhoff and HNTB, coupled with a foundational role as Construction Manager representing Florida's Department of Transportation.
