Jim Roser

Jim Roser is a Senior Consultant at J.S. Held LLC since February 2020, bringing prior experience as a Consultant. Between May 2017 and February 2020, Jim worked at Pepper Construction Group as a Project Engineer II and Project Engineer I. Prior to that role, Jim was a Teaching Assistant at The Ohio State University from September 2015 to May 2017 and gained field experience as a Field Engineer Intern at Granite Construction from May 2014 to August 2016, where collaboration with managers led to the creation of effective construction schedules and oversight of Cold-In-Place Recycling jobs. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Systems Management from The Ohio State University, earned in 2017.
