Joe Pauszek

Joe Pauszek, PhD, currently serves as the Managing Human Factors Scientist at J.S. Held LLC since March 2024. Prior to this role, Joe Pauszek gained extensive experience as a Senior Human Factors Scientist at both Research Collective and Exponent, as well as working as an Independent Contractor for ProMazo. Academic accomplishments include positions as Research Laboratory Manager, Graduate Researcher, and Instructor at the University of Notre Dame, where Joe Pauszek earned a PhD in Cognitive Psychology. Joe Pauszek also holds a Master of Arts in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Dayton.
